11th May 09 the club kicks off !

Jo & Debbie ran two classes today on site at the Gym. The members were excited about the launch of the new programme. Next week is a big week as it will be first weigh in - we anticipate great results.

Handy tips were given to members to help them monitor the type of food they ate - protein, vegetables etc along with a weekly food diary.

Music played as they discussed the new programme. Visit us next week to find out how the receipe of the week went down along with the tips on face shapes and accessories !
