Week 4 Body Shapes

Quite simply this week ladies learnt how curvy their bodys were. This meant they left knowing whether to have fitted or semi-fitted clothes, floaty material, texture or contoured or angular prints . You had to be there to appreciate the tips given out. Imagine a golf ball wrapped in a soft silky fabric - it retains its shape, now imagine the golf ball wrapped in heavy denim - the material cannot flow over the curves of the ball, this is exactly what happens when ladies wear fabric thats too heavy and has no movement in it. They immediately put on a stone or two !! Not great.

Weight loss this week was good a new starter has lost over 7lbs in two weeks - focus brings results.

 We are now 1/3 of the way through and they still keep coming back for more.

For those ladies who cant attend the classes the work book is being provided at a reduced price to the class, and we are now looking at ways to bring the imagine class to the wider world via email classes or online tutorials.

Week 3 Body Proportions

Back from a weeks rest, two ladies lost weight despite being on holiday - which is fantastic news. Just goes to show if you think about what you eat you really can change habits of a lifetime.

 This weeks image session helped the ladies establish if they had long or short legs, body and waist lines. Some ladies went away delighted to know that they actually had long legs and were not pear shaped.

Dietary Tips - Drinking - lots of useful information about alcohol - maybe we should have given this out at the start of the course !! Yes if you reduce your carbohydrates you can have a sneeky drink.
