Week 3 Body Proportions
Back from a weeks rest, two ladies lost weight despite being on holiday - which is fantastic news. Just goes to show if you think about what you eat you really can change habits of a lifetime.
This weeks image session helped the ladies establish if they had long or short legs, body and waist lines. Some ladies went away delighted to know that they actually had long legs and were not pear shaped.
Dietary Tips - Drinking - lots of useful information about alcohol - maybe we should have given this out at the start of the course !! Yes if you reduce your carbohydrates you can have a sneeky drink.
