			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Quite simply this week ladies learnt how curvy their bodys were. This meant they left knowing whether to have fitted or semi-fitted clothes, floaty material, texture or contoured or angular prints . You had to be there to appreciate the tips given out. Imagine a golf ball wrapped in a soft silky fabric - it retains its shape, now imagine the golf ball wrapped in heavy denim - the material cannot flow over the curves of the ball, this is exactly what happens when ladies wear fabric thats too heavy and has no movement in it. They immediately put on a stone or two !! Not great.</p>
<p>Weight loss this week was good a new starter has lost over 7lbs in two weeks - focus brings results.</p>

<p> We are now 1/3 of the way through and they still keep coming back for more.</p>
<p>For those ladies who cant attend the classes the work book is being provided at a reduced price to the class, and we are now looking at ways to bring the imagine class to the wider world via email classes or online tutorials.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Back from a weeks rest, two ladies lost weight despite being on holiday - which is fantastic news. Just goes to show if you think about what you eat you really can change habits of a lifetime.</p>
<p> This weeks image session helped the ladies establish if they had long or short legs, body and waist lines. Some ladies went away delighted to know that they actually had long legs and were not pear shaped.</p>
<p>Dietary Tips - Drinking - lots of useful information about alcohol - maybe we should have given this out at the start of the course !! Yes if you reduce your carbohydrates you can have a sneeky drink.</p>

The weekly planners had really helped people focus on what time they were eating meals and more importantly what type of food they were eating!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Same time , same place @ Gymophobics Monday 18th May the Imagine Members returned for week 2/12. Total weight loss of 10lbs across the 8 members. The weekly planners had really helped people focus on what time they were eating meals and more importantly what type of food they were eating!!</p>
<p>This week members also learnt about their face shape - what hair styles to pick and neckline of clothes. Eyes, nose, chins, cheeks etc were assessed to establish who had a contoured or angular face - much laughter throughout this session!</p>
<p>Next week is holiday time not just for one of the Imagine course leaders - as Debbie heads to Cyprus the members have a rest week. So in two weeks time we meet again to review weight loss and Guess What Food it is - during this section of the meeting Jo &amp; Debbie describe a piece of fruit / vegetable and the ladies have to guess what it is and which part of the body its good for! Eg They come in various sizes and colours, soft fleshy skin, lots of seeds inside, - yes its a tomato - which is very good for the heart. To top the week off a recipe was provided including the healthy food of the week.</p>

<p>Jo &amp; Debbie ran two classes today on site at the Gym. The members were excited about the launch of the new programme. Next week is a big week as it will be first weigh in - we anticipate great results.</p>
<p>Handy tips were given to members to help them monitor the type of food they ate - protein, vegetables etc along with a weekly food diary.</p>
<p>Music played as they discussed the new programme. Visit us next week to find out how the receipe of the week went down along with the tips on face shapes and accessories !</p>
